Premium Countryside Tour with Lunch

Duration 10 Hours

Tour Code: IDDTTAG60

Drive leisurely through Bohol scenic countryside of thick nipa palms, coconut plantations and mahogany forest heading to the town of Carmen.  Then, we will move on to Chocolate Hills. Here lay hundreds of dome-shaped-grass-covered limestone hills, when in summer, they dry up and turn brown transforming the area into rows and rows of chocolate “kisses”. We will continue and visit the Tarsier Conservatory where you will see Tarsiers in their natural habitat.

Tarsiers are small primates, and they are considered rare and endangered creatures. The tour also stops the Baclayon Church & Museum and the market commemorating Sikatuna and Legaspi’s blood compact. Private lunch will be on board a river raft with a typical Boholano country cuisine while cruising the Loboc River. There will be live acoustic entertainers and cultural performances by school children.

Pamilacan Marine Life Tour with Lunch

He signals the direction of the Whales or Dolphins. Boat ride is about 2 hours hoping for sightings of dolphins and whales. Several species of Dolphins including the playful spinner dolphins are considered resident in the area.

Toothed Whales are reportedly sighted during February to as late as November while Baleen whales are sighted from February to August.  Around midday, you head to the island of Pamilacan for a sumptuous picnic lunch. The afternoon is at leisure. You can walk around the island and see how former “Whale Hunters” live. Perhaps a massage by local masseuse. Why not swim in the crystal-clear waters right in front of a Spanish fort or snorkel in the “sanctuary” where colourful marine life is in abundance.
